2. Ordering & Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD.
• Payment is processed through PayPal at the time of order placement.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud.

3. Delivery

• Most portraits are ready in just a few minutes after order placement.
• Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods.

4. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

• We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all portraits.
• Revision counts: Basic (0), Pro (1), Deluxe (3).

5. Refund Policy

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your portrait, you can request a full refund within 30 days of order placement.
• Full refund: If we fail to deliver within 48 hours of the promised time.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of order placement.
• To request a refund, contact us at support@custompetart.store with your order number.

6. Your Responsibilities

• You must own or have permission to use the photos you upload.
• You must not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your original uploaded photos.
• Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the generated portrait for personal use.
• Deluxe package includes a commercial license for business use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order.
